I started my organization quite long ago, growth has been slow but I am working on expanding it. Alot of people in my school have similar organizations but I don't want to change my passion project because I truly am passionate about it, how can I make it different from others?

I have a tutoring non-profit organization, how do I expand it so I can have more tutors and students?
