Need help with loom-video outreach
I will be doing custom loom video outreach, but I need some help and advice before starting. I have two options right now: 1. making a Loom video and just telling a general offer, which is solving ABC problem for XYZ niche. For clarity, making custom solutions for a niche, not a specific solution. ex - I will reduce your manual ops across all your departments and help you save over Xhrs/mo. 2. Taking a certain automation, which is a big pain point in the niche, and making a Loom video saying that we can make this whole thing, and showing a quick demo of how it works. In short, productising my service. Let me know which one will be better and what has worked for you. Cheers!

Linkedin doubt
Hi everyone! Recently, my man Duy Bui had posted about a LI method in which he searched for posts with certain keywords. But I had a problem: how exactly should I search for the posts if I work for a certain niche? For example lets say I work for medspas, so should I do a Boolean search like "Invoice problems medspas"? What exactly should be the format of my search phrase? Cheers!

@Duy Bui Hey man, dont think your startegy is working. I tried it for a couple of days now, but it is not working. Whenever I search using the keywords I just get posts about how AI is changing the niche and there is not a single post on complaining. same thing in the comments too, just users copying comments from ChatGPT and pasting it there. How is it that it worked for you only? are you missing something or am I doing smthg wrong. Let me know mate

@Duy Bui no no the thing is I used medspa as an example. Yheres mainly 2 services I provide. I help financial firms automate their manual and mundane tasks across all their departments. I also help non-financial firms automate their financial processes Any suggestions you can give on the basis of this?
question on the FB group strategy
Hey everyone! Saw Duy Buis new post on getting clients through FB, but a problem I am facing is that in most groups, no one is engaging with anyone's posts, hence it seems like the groups are dead and posting there would not be very useful. Is there any workaround for this, or will this strategy actually work?

I had no portfolio. No testimonials. Zero experience. Here is the exact outreach that landed my first paying client. THE SEARCH: LinkedIn. Posts filter. Past week. Searched: "drowning in invoices" Found an operations manager at a construction company complaining about invoice data entry. THE MESSAGE I SENT: "Hey [Name], saw your post about invoice headaches. I built a system that extracts invoice data automatically - no more manual typing. Takes about 30 seconds per invoice instead of 10 minutes. Want to see a quick demo?" 33 words. No pitch. Just possibility. THE RESPONSE (4 HOURS LATER): "Yes, how does it work?" THE DEMO: Jumped on a 15-minute Zoom. Asked him to send me one of his actual invoices. Ran it through my workflow live. Data extracted in 8 seconds. His reaction: "Wait, that actually worked?" THE CLOSE: "I can set this up for your team. $1,800 setup, $150 monthly to keep it running and handle any issues." Him: "When can you start?" THE MATH: 27 messages sent over 3 days 4 replies (15% response rate) 2 discovery calls booked 1 signed client Revenue: $1,800 setup + $150/month THE LESSON: You do not need 100 prospects. You need 1 yes. Find people complaining about document problems. Show them it is fixable. They will pay to make the pain stop. ๐Ÿ“š More templates in Github library. What pain point phrase will you search for on LinkedIn today?

Hey man had a doubt What exact filters do you search with?

@Duy Bui Alright man! One thing though, the thing is I mainly target CEOs and founders of fiancial firms, so a person in healthcare having invboice problems wont be in my ICP. What should I do to narrow down the results?
