Gooooooood morning friends! It is another beautiful Monday morning! We are starting our week with INTENTION! What goals will you attain this week? Don't forget when we are setting intentions they need to be SMART! S= Specific Make your goal specific as possible. Break it down into micro-steps so that it will feel more attainable! M= Measurable How will you measure your progress to make sure you are on track to meet your goals? A= Attainable Is the goal realistically attainable int he amount of time you have given yourself? R=Relevant Why is this goal important to you? How will completing this goal impact your life? T= Timebound When do you want to accomplish this by? Why is it important for you to accomplish this gal by then? As you set your intentions for the week, let's keep these in mind!
