I have fully built out an IGA and Acccess Management platform for our company - Lumos. I have also worked with HR to implement RBAC day-one access (with all roles and permissions build out into department-based matrixes) and I am working to implement this into Lumos in order to automate onboarding and day-one access to move us away from “mirroring permissions”, which should align us with the principal of least privilege - something this company has stuggled with in the past
