Took a bit of time to get to this speed. Main thing is it could be smoother/ more efficient still, I really need to work more on the technique you showed on the way down (using my finger instead of the pick). But I’ll keep working on it!

I played the first part through as well with some minor changes, then added the second part. Was trying to make it a bit different than the rest but still in the same theme/ with some open strings in the chords and extended chords as well.

Been awhile since I posted! But here is the homework from what we talked about in regards to coming up with an original idea using the chords from “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green.

Finally back in town to practice a bit, been trying to learn this all the way through but just recorded the first minute. Nice song and good for practicing some of the extended chords!

Tried my best at the first part of Happiness is a Warm Gun by the Beatles. Had to slow this down quite a bit! Spent a lot of time just practicing with the picking hand, then some more time with my fretting hand. I’m happy with the progress here though and have had a lot of fun working on the fingerpicking technique
