Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of good things about Claude Code and that it can build you a really good workflow with good prompts. I’m about to start an AI agency with my friend, who used to be an accountant, so any tips are welcome!

Yeah that makes sense. I’ve been thinking about niching down, especially since my friend is an accountant. We’re probably going to focus on accounting firms or financial services and build AI automations around their workflows. I’ve already been experimenting with some workflows and APIs, so now it’s more about getting a bit better and picking a niche and getting results for a few clients. If you were starting again, would you still go niche first or test a few industries before committing?
