I pastor a semi-rural church in Boardman, Oregon, The King's Garden Church. @rick-weiss-6153 Our primary multi-cultural issue is that we have a large hispanic population that came here initially to be agricultural workers. Several generations later we have a significant population with many interests. Mostly Catholic, but not all., The issue is how to develop an atmosphere where the Hispanic Community does not see us as a "white" church so they feel welcome.
