Good morning, happy Saturday and Happy New Year. The first 20 years of my career were spent in an insurance industry sector where you had to be very proactive in the field. To say; If you did not find a way to succeed was very unforgiving would be a major understatement. The last 20 years of my career we positioned ourselves in a reactive business model. Although I must say having proactive habits in this side of the business has been a great advantage. Where clarity matters; Our message at this time needs to be at “stage” The communication to the public of how our App. functions needs to be streamlined, AI may be the right tool, however the right vehicle for that needs to be identified.
