@Nick Chapman - Excited to join the club and thanks for putting this forum together. I’m based in Northern California and currently a full time hotel broker and I am working on getting out of this by the end of the year. My goal is to buy, reposition and hold long term investment properties in the lodging area - hotels, motels, RV parks, campgrounds and the like. I have successfully bought a 25 unit foreclosed motel, made it profitable and secured an SBA loan to completely renovate and reposition it and exit out of that property. So not a complete rookie but still a lot to learn and perfect.
