Sample Tours Included in CloudPano?

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that some version of CloudPano includes some sample tours we can show off on our own website. Can anyone confirm which level? Or is it part of the VTP program? @Zach Calhoon

Hi @Sherm Stevens. I can confirm the availability of sample tours as an Enterprise user myself. See pic. This 'could' be true for Pro users also. There are free ones as well as pay ones (Demo Power Pack) @ $19.99/mo. When I first started, the demo tours were great to practice with. I currently use the RV and Auto Dealerships for demo purposes. And FYI, I'm not aware if the demos are part of the VTP Program.

Having issues with GSV

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help, and I'm not getting much from customer support. I completed my first GSV tour for a customer in the first part of May. Google did not load them the way I had them set in the tour. The first picture it brings you to is the inside of the office, looking at the ceiling and wall, and the other picture that I set to be the first picture is outside, doesn't even face the building, it is looking at traffic. I have uploaded the tour twice with no different changes. Last week, I contacted customer support, and they said they would look into it, but I have not heard anything. But when I looked today, they did change the first picture to the 2nd interior office picture that at least faces normal, but the other 2 pictures are still messed up. Any help or suggestions, please. I have already had to refund this client, and I have two more scheduled, but I do not want to shoot them till I get this fixed. Like you all, I have invested a lot of money into these programs and training, and it sounds so easy, but this has been nothing but frustrating. Maybe this is just me and user error, but I don't think so. But these two pictures are useless. Thank you in advance

Hi @Todd Nellenbach. Here is a thread that addressed the issue you are having, and could be the North Point settings on your panos: https://www.skool.com/360-profit/northpoints-gsv?p=01b968f4 I can't recall which platform blog I was reading, but it stated that this could be a Google issue, as tours from awhile back had the arrows set and linked into the tour itself. Now it seems they are separated into individual panos as your pic shows. I hope this helps.

Payment Terms

What are your payment terms for your tours? Should I COD the full amount after shooting the tour? Or take 50% down, then balance due on tour delivery. Thanks in advance!

I need help editing photos, is their an app I can use or would I have hire off Upwork and/or Fiverr?

I've used Photo AI from Topaz Labs for several years now and with great results. You pay for it once, then upgrade for a cost if you want one. I'm sure there are other platforms out there, and as you mentioned - Upwork and Fiverr are recommended.

Hi @Tuan Le , no - I don't have a workflow. I simply drag my image to the edit box on the top right of the screen. From that point, you have the options of editing your image(s) to your liking. I've attached a pic to show you. I did try to replicate your problem, but couldn't. I forgot to mention your image (a pano in my case) will be saved with a .tpz extension that can be used to create your tour.
