Last night was was the first weekly meeting for The Table. Numbers we're lighter than expected, but if I'm honest - it turned out to be a really good session. We Talked about our weeks and opened up about wins and struggles. I fought with the whiteboard function for a while, but managed to get it working for long enough to go through 'The Drama Triangle' - a powerful framework that illustrates how we operate in victim mode, interact with those around as rescuers or persecutors, and how this loop can prevent us from living the life that we desire, and damage our mindset and relationships. We spoke about how to break free from that cycle, which sparked a deep conversation and some big insights. By the end there was clarity, and something to work with moving forward. We also talked about some potential workshops that could run in the near future, and speakers who might be available for the group. Looking forward to next week's call!
