Sorry guys its been a few days since I posted. Got hit with some sickness (kid started school in the petri dish of preschool) and I caught the brunt of it. Back at it today tho. Glad to see everyone still getting their wins! The results are so good and I'm so happy for you guys! Keep it going!
Experimented again. Lunch is lean ground beef, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, tomato, and a 1/2 cup of rice. Seasoned with fajita seasoning and chili powder. Topped with cilantro and feta crumbles
Put the phone down yesterday and enjoyed family time. Couple posts from the day took the dog on a walk while the boys napped and my wife caught up on love island haha. Got my steps in for the day and had a weigh in. Im officially down 8lbs so far! Let's have a great weekend!!
