WIn of the week was 3 days skiing at Val Thorens opening weekend. Good to back on the snow, settled back in ready for as much skiing as possible this season. Sad to be back home now waiting for Val Disere for xmas

Snow was great, a few inches of fresh sitting on pistes every morning. Weekend was a bit crazy with volume of people, then great on Mon/Tues, pistes to ourselves mostly, really great to get back out and on the skis. Great energy in resort as everyone seemed up for start of season. Not so great having to dig car out of 3ft of snow at 6.40 am though, but considered it like a free gym session
