Hello, I am just creating my agency account inside Snowie.ai and have some questions: 1.) Can we only offer monthly plans? If yes, is it planned to have annual plans in the future? 2.) Are the "trial credits" the ones that are included every month or just one-time? 3.) Do those (unused) trial credits roll-over to the next month or are they gone for my clients? 4.) What does "auto recharge" mean in this context? Refilling the credits for my clients or charging my clients a different amount after the initial charge? Thanks for helping! 🙏
