Please introduce yourself to the community! Hi, I am Marc Bochner. I have a doctorate in Physical Therapy from URI and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. I have been running a martial arts studio since I was 16 years old. I have a giant Labradoodle named Happy! My staff and I are always improving our studio so our clients can have the best experience and get the best results.

Hi! I'm Coach Rhiannon, I'm 47 years old, originally from Pawtucket, and now live in Warwick. I'm a professional tattoo artist and have been tattooing since 1996. I own Phoenix Tattoo on Phenix Ave in Cranston. I have an amazing partner of 11 years and a dog named Dean who is the light of my life. I started at Bochners 5 years ago, and that was the best decision I've ever made. During that time I underwent weight loss surgery, and took my fitness and health goals to rhe next level. If it wasn't for the Dojo, I wouldn't be nearly where I am today. Here's a photo of Dean on his 13th Birthday!
