Activities: - 101 Facebook Messenger offers of market reports →• 11 requests for updates• 6 reports already sent• Awaiting emails for 5 more - Pipeline challenge: promising buyer has ghosted. - Frustration: one person you’ve stayed connected with (and even promoted on your podcast) listed with another agent. Struggles / Frustrations - Ghosting buyer → stings because you had invested time/hope. - Losing someone you gave free promo to → feels personal, like your generosity wasn’t reciprocated. - Volume of outreach vs. lack of immediate ROI → discouraging.

Day 22
Today was brought to you by inspections. So much back and forth. For both homes under contract it was a lot to iron out but the sellers agent was a dram to work with and it has been a really great experience. I was drowning in tasks and could not step out to leave my computer but this evening I do have some fun planned.

Beginning Prep today!!
Had my meeting with Isaiah today. Great conversation!! Lots of vulnerability but hey…if you don’t know, how can you help. Big procrastinator over here…Ready to get this challenge started and make the changes I need to focus and build my business. Just set my goals and tomorrow I will dive into setting up my calendar as well as get through a few more steps. Have a good night!!

Time Blocking inquiry…
This is my first time considering a time blocking schedule that I stick to. Just wanting to see how other people are working your non-negotiables… I am trying to accomplish two things in my business… 1. Solo agent brand recognition to both my REO/distressed property owners and my relocation niches 2. I am a team leader who manages our REO department across three states. I need to recruit both agents and REO companies to join my teams. For those of you who have your calendar set and are accustomed to working your time blocks consistently, how can I mesh these two priorities together to grow both sides of my business and NOT go insane??? At least until I build my business up to where I can pass off all of my leads to my teams members and just train… Thank you!

When I began time blocking I actually started with things that were priority to keep the race horse healthy and viable. (I am the race horse) I know exactly how long it takes me to do things that keep me well and cared for. I identified things that were a priority to me. Then I added tasks and assigned timeframes for business tasks.
