This is my first time considering a time blocking schedule that I stick to. Just wanting to see how other people are working your non-negotiables… I am trying to accomplish two things in my business… 1. Solo agent brand recognition to both my REO/distressed property owners and my relocation niches 2. I am a team leader who manages our REO department across three states. I need to recruit both agents and REO companies to join my teams. For those of you who have your calendar set and are accustomed to working your time blocks consistently, how can I mesh these two priorities together to grow both sides of my business and NOT go insane??? At least until I build my business up to where I can pass off all of my leads to my teams members and just train… Thank you!
