Hey guys, I have a potential client in Home Improvement niche for an AI chatbot and AI voice build. They are running ads directly to WhatsApp to get enquiries about their service. Problem is their response is very slow because of too many enquiries. Whats the best way to automate this enquiries and book appointments? I would need the AI to have the GPT, knowledge base capability, and appointment booking tools. I've read about Manychat is for building chatbot but lacks AI capabilities. Another is Chatbase or Botpress but not sure if it has a function of auto comments and DM on ads like Manychat. Thanks in advance!
