The testosterone killer list (count yours)
Joe put together a quick list of everyday habits that quietly drag testosterone down 👇 😴 Short sleep, like 5-hour nights 🍺 Regular heavy drinking 📏 Carrying extra belly fat 📉 Crash diets held for too long 🥑 Cutting fat out of your diet completely 🪑 Sitting all day with no steps or training Most of us can find at least one of these in our week. Which one are you tackling first? Original here: https://www.tiktok.com/@joedoit/video/7700671416739351822

Waking up at 3am? Try this tonight
3am wake-ups have been undefeated lately 😅 Here's a free one to test tonight. Close your eyes. Slowly move them side to side, then up and down. Trace a slow circle one way, then the other. Then point both eyes toward your nose and let out a long exhale. Do two or three rounds. Andrew Huberman shared this on Diary of a CEO. His reasoning is that falling asleep means your brain lets go of tracking where your body is, and the slow eye movements interrupt that tracking. Sleep researchers say it's plausible but hasn't been tested yet, so treat it as a free experiment, not a fix. If you try it, come back and tell us how your night went. Protect sleep like you protect training
In the study Joe walked through, cutting sleep from about 8 hours to 5 for seven nights dropped daytime testosterone by roughly 10–15%, and energy dropped with it. Both how long you sleep and how broken the night is make a difference. Treat your sleep window like a protected training block. Original here: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1758489842951270/

The truth about belly fat
Joe just dropped a quick one on belly fat, and it's worth a minute of your day. Spot fixes rarely move it. Everyday habits do: steady protein, real sleep, daily movement, and patience. Which of those is hardest for you to keep steady right now? Original here: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1083736371109977/

Sleep isn't the thing to cut
When the day gets packed, sleep is usually the first thing we trim, and we pay for it the next day in energy, cravings, and focus. Joe put it simply: what we don't know about sleep will hurt us. The Sleep Reset guide in the Life Library walks through the simple evening habits that make the biggest difference. What's the one thing that most often pushes your bedtime later?
