I think everyone agrees with this logic, but there's some part of the lizard brain that doesn't like it. I've helped my clients focus for a long time, but when it came to my own business, I realized I had to get the lizard brain on board. I just asked myself, "do I want sales and marketing to be easy or hard?" Sales and marketing that's easy, leading to enjoyable, meaningful projects is something the lizard brain can get behind more than any numbers in a spreadsheet.
