I've been speaking with a client, who is an international trainer, coach, author and educator with thousands of students worldwide and a large library of courses, books and training materials. My idea is to create an AI-powered mentor app where her students can ask questions and receive answers based specifically on her teachings, methodologies and course content. Think of it as being able to ask, "What would Tony Robbins recommend in this situation?" and receive a response based on his knowledge base rather than a generic AI answer. I know Tony has a app like this. A few questions: 1. Is this a realistic project for a beginner using AI development tools such as Lovable? 2. What would be the simplest MVP (minimum viable product) to build first? 3. Would a RAG-based knowledge system be the best approach, or is there a better way? 4. Has anyone built something similar using course content, PDFs, videos and books? 5. What are the biggest challenges I should be aware of before starting? I'm trying to understand whether this is a sensible first AI app project or whether I'm underestimating the complexity involved.
