I'm still processing it all because it's so big, but so helpful. :) I'll share this for now and when I can articulate the bigger picture better, I'll write more. In the first section of my ADHD Snapshot, it named something I've never been able to explain. I think in pictures a lot, and my brain is literally trying to translate images into words in real time during conversations. That's why I freeze up - not because I have nothing to say.
