Luis Platt, Tucson I’ve spent the last few years in manufactured housing, first on the brokerage side and now focused on infrastructure. One thing is becoming clear: A lot of communities are still running on outdated internet, and it’s starting to show up in operations, retention, and rent growth. I was at a community recently talking with residents, and the takeaway wasn’t speed, it was dependency. Work, healthcare, communication… it all runs on connectivity now. I started out in single family and shifted to multi-family, where I currently own 28 doors as a buy and hold strategy.
