AI and complex email address
Asking here some hints for this issue: I am writing a booking flow that naturally asks what you want and when to book, and... your email address! All is good when you are john@gmail.com lol, what if you are haartioe236@kittieboo.za ? Because it's important for the customer to receive updates and for the CRM to contain correct data, how do let AI understand the email correctly? can spelling be used instead? without making it too complex or you know customers, get p*ssed and hang up.
