"If I contact the customer service or any number listed on a company's website, it directly gets picked up by the customer service or support team. I want to directly call the owner of that company, restaurant, or clinic so that they can understand my requirements better." Is there is any options to get the details because when I make a call the customer support agent will pick up and then he don't tell me the details of owner, CEO and the main leader of that company, restaurant, clinic. He cut off the call....... I watched many videos on the YouTube but all of them sounds like to talk with a leader owner and boss of the company... instead of customer service. So if anyone have some solutions that will help me and pull me out from this problem it's really helpf ul for me

Hi everyone! I’m currently working on building the AI Agent Army (from the recent tutorial), and I’ve run into a little challenge. For sending emails, I want to keep a human in the loop. The idea is that the AI drafts an email and sends the draft to me via Telegram. Then, only when I reply with the word “approved”, it should actually send the email. No email should be sent without that explicit confirmation. I’m struggling a bit to get this flow working. Does anyone have experience with this kind of setup or know how I could best approach it? Any help is really appreciated! Thanks!
