@Caleb Hogan That's some difference! I've seen that in other markets too. How do you plan to increase the lot rent? Improve homes? curb appeal? & whats the next increase going to be?

@Caleb Hogan Understood. Buying in areas with limited supply, definitely helps! I’ve sold fixer upper mobiles where potential buyers would complain about repairs, so I renovated the homes & buyers would STILL find something wrong & complain haha. So there is some truth to what you’re saying!
