I recently interviewed Ryan Unrau about his journey with a roofing client here - the biz does $50m per year and Ryan landed the deal via cold email. His offer to get his foot in the door? “𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘐 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘔𝘚? The leads were 3 years old Ryan loaded those leads up into High Level. Built out our “Sleeping Beauty Bot” Hit go. Booked 40 appointments. The client closed 4 of the 40 appointments I am not sure the price per job but probably around $15K each? That’s $60K worth of work, the client didn’t know they even had!! The client was PUMPED!! Which means Ryan has been given the fresh leads. 500 leads/day Ryan negotiated $40/appointment (too cheap in my opinion!!) Same bot, with the messaging slightly tweaked. Ryan is gonna make a lot of money. It really is that easy!! Here for ya. -D PS My advice to Ryan after the interview was to upsell “Google Reviews and Reputation Management AI” because it’s a no brainer for a roofer this size. We packaged that bot up with the “Speed to Lead bot”, “Social Replies bot” and “Livechat AI” inside our Mega Bot pack and you can pick them all up here for way less than you might think.
