Infertility with new partner
I am 42 and my partner is 55. I have 3 kids with another father. In May 2022 and in Jan 2023 I got pregnant but miscarried by/before 6 weeks. My partners semen analysis's have been "ok" but his motility is often lacking. It gets better when he takes supplements, which he has been off of for a few months. (He gets tired of taking so many pills). I just had surgery to remove endometriosis in October. The doctor also cleared my right tube with a guidewire, removed a cyst and some uterine polyps. At this point I should be "good to go" in every way, except for the fact that I am 42 and will turn 43 in January. We are doing to start supplements back up by December.
Suggestions?
In October I had surgery to remove endometriosis. The doctor also removed a cyst and some uterine plops. This is my first cycle after surgery and the period following the surgery. I turn 43 in January. I got pregnant in May 2022 and January 2023 but miscarried both by 6 weeks. My partner is 55 and has "ok" semen results, though his mobility is low, especially when he isn't taking supplements. Latest blood tests: Cycle Day 3 FSH 9 ESTRADIOL 39 PROGESTERONE .82 DHEA-SULFATE 169 Mira: CD 14 Peak LH 18.5mlU/ml (My LH peak is typically over 30mlU/ml so this month was a very low LH peak) I am heterozygous for the C677T variant and negative (normal) for the A1298C variant. We are about to start up our supplements again and are looking to do IVF if I don't get pregnant by March 2024. I do see a NaPro doctor every 2-3 months and she has prescribed some supplements but isn't keen to prescribe letrozole or clomid. Do you have any suggestions for us?

I’m Regina. I am 42 and my partner is 55. He doesn’t have any kids, but I have 3. We have had 2 early miscarriages at 5-6 weeks in the last 12 months of trying to conceive. We both take a ton of supplements - me to help my egg quality and fertility and him for sperm quality, blood sugar, cholesterol, low testosterone and low energy. I’m on my second cycle with Clomid and timed intercourse. I’m really getting frustrated as I thought we would have conceived by now. I know time is ticking and I am beginning to contemplate IVF, even though I had really hoped to conceive naturally.
