Hi, so I recently got some advice that I'm not so sure about. The advice was that I should work with a graphic designer in order to build spec ads for my portfolio. Obviously, a portfolio is necessary, as are spec ads [or spec content], but do you think it's necessary to workwith a graphic designer?

Okay, here's my question for the day: How do you anaylze a potential client quickly to determine if it's worth doing outreach to them? I currently use chatgpt to alaylze websites indepth - of course, on the service if it's really bad I can tell that they could use some help, but when they look pretty good it's a struggle for me to quickly identify any needs that may not be obvious. Any tips you can share would be appreciated!

So I have a question... Last week I contacted a business owner on their personal account after sending them a message on their business account and not hearing anything back. In the message to the business owner I told them how much I love what they're doing, and to keep it up. It was meant as an initial message to open the door to talk about copy, but their reply caught me off-guard. They said that my comment meant the world to them and they thanked me. I'm feel stuck now because I don't want to follow that message up with some sort of sales pitch and come off as being disingenuous because I really do love what they're doing. Instead of replying, I sent an email to their customer service email with a sample and a short video of ideas. Thoughts?
