For those new and experienced, we at all stages of our health journey will experience highs and lows. Consistency and discipline are characteristics that will minimize the lows. If one has a large goal to achieve, it’s best to break them down into manageable levels and solutions and collectively they will hoist and propel you to that end goal. I started this amazing program 1.5 years ago. My goal was to lose weight, prevent my lung cancer from returning, and become healthier. I am a very active person. I have never smoked in my life but was diagnosed 3 years ago with early stage 1 lung cancer. I retired one year ago and then joined my wife's company in the alcohol business. One of my biggest areas for improvemt was to improve my sleep as I have been averaging only 4 hours of sleep prior to joining the program. With Antonios guidance utilizing supplements my sleep has improved to an average of 7 to 8 hours sleep per night from 4 hours per night. Thank you Antonio. I developed asthma prior to joining the program. My respirologist could not belive my improvent two years after being diagnosed with it. My asthma results improved by 180 percent. My respiologist tells me that he attributes the improvement to my new healthy diet that Antonio gave to us. Antonio has also helped my wife. There are too many more improvements to mention. I highly recommend this program. Thank you Antonio for everything you do.
