Webinars
Hey everyone! 👋 I currently have three different online courses in the price range of $480–$680, plus a larger, more in-depth course priced at $1,890.The first two courses are designed for employees and leaders in the workplace, while the third one focuses on overcoming burnout and rebuilding yourself into a new, stronger version. When it comes to running webinars and promoting these courses — what’s the best strategy to start with?Should I focus on running one webinar per week for a single course at a time, or would it make sense to run webinars for multiple courses in parallel? My gut feeling says it’s smarter to focus on one product at a time, but I’d really appreciate some clarity and advice from this group. Have an amazing Sunday, Prime Movers! 💪✨

Hey Terje, I totally get where you’re coming from I’ve been in the exact same spot with multiple courses and the overwhelm of which webinar first? From my experience, trying to run webinars for all your courses at once usually backfires. You end up spreading yourself too thin, confusing your audience, and missing the chance to really master the messaging for each course. What worked best for me was picking the one course that hit the biggest pain point for my audience, running a single focused webinar consistently, and perfecting the flow, the pitch, and the follow-ups. Once that funnel was converting, adding another course became much smoother. Honestly, there’s a subtle art to sequencing webinars so each one feeds into the next without burning your audience out. I’ve mapped that out before — if you want, I can share exactly how I structured it step by step.

@Adina Freud Adina, oof… that one hits home. Giving each kid intentional, undivided presence in a world that basically lives inside our phones? That’s real discipline. And honestly, that shift alone can change the whole energy in a home. What’s been the hardest part of pulling yourself off the phone the habit, the notifications, or just the sheer momentum of ‘always being on’?

@Lemon Drop Lemon… that line alone.. courage with bass, whew. That’s the kind of courage that doesn’t just speak, it vibrates through a room. And you’re so right… there’s a sacred moment where you stop hiding behind ‘refining’ and finally let the world hear the version that’s ready now, not someday
How I Turned My Preschool Coaching into a Conversion Machine
Hi, I’m Reem Raouda, and I want to share something that completely changed the game for my online preschool coaching. I recently implemented a webinar funnel—crafted by an expert funnel builder—and the results have been insane. Instead of trying to “sell” everywhere, I now have a system that educates, nurtures, and converts parents effortlessly. What I love most is that it’s not just about numbers—it’s about creating real connections with parents and showing them the value of our coaching before they even sign up. If you’re building an online coaching business, a well-built webinar funnel isn’t just a tool—it’s a growth engine that actually works while you focus on teaching and creating. Curious how it all comes together? I can break it down and show the exact steps that helped me see consistent sign-ups without the overwhelm. 💡 Pro Tip: Don’t try to reinvent the wheel—get guidance from someone who knows funnels inside out, like I did.

@Diana Castillo Yesss Diana! That was my biggest lesson.. stop overbuilding and start connecting. Once I leaned into that, everything shifted. What’s the next piece you’re working on right now?

@Gopika Ashok M You’re welcome, Gopika! I realized things got so much easier once I stopped guessing and followed a clear process. Are you working on your own funnel or just exploring options right now?
The Funnel That Saved My Sanity as a Coach.
I’m Reem Raouda, and I’m gonna be real for a minute… For the longest time, my preschool coaching business felt like a constant tug-of-war. Trying to show parents the value of what I offer…Trying to convince… explain… nurture…All while still running a business, raising kids, and staying human. Some days it felt like shouting into a void. Other days, like I was one DM away from burning out completely. And the worst part? I knew I had something powerful to offer parents—support, guidance, connection—but I couldn’t keep chasing leads forever. It was draining me mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Then everything shifted. I got help from a funnel builder who understood my mission, and together we built a webinar funnel that finally did what I’d been trying to do manually: ✨ educate ✨ build trust ✨ create connection ✨ and guide parents to join my coaching naturally For the first time, I wasn’t forcing anything. The system did the heavy lifting, and I finally had space to breathe again…To show up for my own kids…To coach from a grounded place instead of survival mode. This funnel didn’t just grow my business it gave me my peace back. If you’re a coach who’s exhausted from hustling for every lead, I see you. I’ve been in that exact place, wondering if anything would ever change. A strong webinar funnel might be the thing that finally lifts that weight off your shoulders. It was for me. And if you want, I’m happy to walk you through what worked and why. Just say the word.

[PRIME MOVER] Attended Selling Online, But Got Questions?
The Selling Online event JUST finished (unless you're VIP, then I'll see you tomorrow morning) but I'm getting deluged with questions... So, if ANY of these questions sound like they're yours, DM @Prime Mover Insider (aka Alex on my team) here inside Skool and he can answer any of your questions... 1. Is "Prime Mover" only for businesses that 'exist' right now? Aka - will it work for beginners? 2. I'm not techy. Do y'all provide an 'easy' button for people like me in Prime Mover? 3. Are there other payment options that are more flexible so I can get started? 4. When can I get a call with the team after joining? 5. I'm not sure "One to Many" is for me... I just need to sell 1 to 1 first. That means this is NOT for me, right? 6. Where do I go if I'm actually interested? I forgot the link... 7. It's been a while since I saw the pitch, but I'm still interested. Where can I see a recap of everything? 8. I run a local or B2B business. I love the strategy, but how can it work for me? 9. My concern is time - how long it takes to actually GET a result? Does it take months to implement? 10. What's exactly included? It sounded great, but it (frankly) was a lot... I'd love another breakdown. 11. Is it too late to get bonuses!?! That's only 11... My inbox is FULL of these and similar quesitons! Again - just DM Alex at @Prime Mover Insider. He's on the team and he's got the answers 😉 ...and give him a shoutout if you would in the comments as well! I know he's been jumping around helping people here and there. 🙏🏻 See you on the INSIDE of Prime Mover! 🔥

@Fred Black Hey Fred! I’ve been in a similar spot with the time difference when I started my funnel, and I found a way to stay on track without burning out. I can show you a simple routine that worked for me, want me to share it?
