I've made the final decision to go ahead with dedicating the entire month of November to a Beginner's Bootcamp! 🥳 Two live calls a day, every weekday, so wherever you are in the world, there's a time that hopefully works for you. Plus I'll be in here every single day cheering you on, answering questions, and looking at your practice pics. It's four weeks, fully mapped out, taking you from "I have no idea what I'm doing" to actually being confident. 👇 🗓️ Week 1 - Foundation & theory (nail health, product safety, the stuff nobody explains properly) 🗓️ Week 2 - Prep (because good prep is invisible and bad prep is impossible to hide) 🗓️ Week 3 - Application (gel, builder gel, acrylic basics - real hands-on skill) 🗓️ Week 4 - Business basics (because "I can do nails" and "I can run a business" are two very different things) No nail art in this one, you've already got plenty of that in here. This month is 100% about the foundations everyone skips and then wonders why things go wrong later. Okay, I just want to preface this by saying I will get better with voiceovers as I do more of them, so please just bare with me 😂 I get focused on the time moving and it distracts me from explaining what I’m trying to explain 🥴 ANYWAY! Here is how I do a builder gel fill on a medium almond nail. Please note that because it’s a fill, and there’s still a layer of builder gel from the previous set, I don’t add “more” gel to the apex near the free-edge area. Hi everyone! I hope you're having an awesome weekend 🥳 I've been thinking up a plan to help the members of this community, especially those who are absolute beginners, have a love for nails, and want to start taking a career seriously. The idea I've landed on is a Beginner's Bootcamp for the month of November (sorry, I know it's a bit far out, but I need to plan it out properly to make sure I'm giving you genuine value). My plan is to step away from my salon for the month, and focus my energy solely on this. There will be daily lives, activities, homework, etc. So, as much as I'm putting all of my energy into it, you would get the most benefit from doing the same. (The lives will be recorded, so if you're busy with work and can't make it, that's okay!). It'll be like a proper mini online course. Before doing anything dramatic to my client bookings, I just want to see if there's any interest in this?
