Hey Brother❣️ So cool❣️😎 In one of your videos could you stop at a random moment and wave at the camera and send us a “Hello”?? That would be so fun for me to watch for, LOL❣️🐛🦋💜🙏🌻🤟

Ha! Ha! All the MORE reason to do it, LOL❣️ Pleeeeeeeese❣️🐛🦋 They would love it, too…. It would be SO fun and unexpected, LOL❣️🤣🤣🤣 Ha! You could just tell them you did it to put a smile on an old lady’s face…which is true❣️ You know, watching your awesome videos have caused me to think about something… I have never posted a video of myself, EVER, but I am working on a Gunshu routine in my head for when I am able and I will post it here on our community… hopefully within a year. Feels SOOO long but it takes that long to heal from these 2 surgeries. 🙄 I actually got operative photos from my doctor from both that I considered posting here but don’t want to gross anyone out. (No blood, just muscle and bone). I think they are fascinating!!! Anyway… Just give the “wave” some thought but seriously, NO pressure, Brother❣️🐛🦋🤟

@Uprising Unbreakable SO CUTE❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
A quick update.
Thank you very much for the warm and kind messages. I got out on the 11th (last Monday) and immediately went to class. I can’t hold the bats year or do any kicking for the time being but I can do my forms with no deep Stances and no kicking (when it comes to the kicks I just slap my leg and say the kicks name😂). It’s probably going to be 7 or so weeks before I can start doing light training. As for the mental side of things it’s taking time. I am due for more surgery in 6-12 months to get this illostmy reversed so there is a light at the end of the tunnel just gotta get through a day at a time

SO Happy to hear from you, Brother @James Hope ❣️ My situation is a bit different but just had second surgery in 6 months trying to put my right arm back together. I am with Brother @Uprising Unbreakable… I have been visualizing myself doing my kicks, punches, spinning my staff (Gunshu). I believe it works❣️ And YES… come back Stronger, more focused, and with Fists and Feet Flying❣️ You have NO idea how incredibly happy I am to see this post from you❣️🐛🦋🤟🌹🫶 This community is becoming quite the family and we have missed you❣️
Quote of the day.
Whatever you do, whether it’s easy or hard, give it 100% every time. If you truly give 100% in everything you do, at the end of the day you won’t wonder if you could have done better. But if you only give 50%, you’ll always ask yourself: “What if I gave it my all?” “Would the outcome have been different?” “Why didn’t I give 100%?”

@Charlie Chong This is very true… Which, in truth, is why only one walks away the World Champion. It is difficult for most people to self reflect and do the intentional work required to build that inner strength. I imagine as an instructor it must be so rewarding to see that light in a students eyes that you just KNOW they understand what it is they are working on in the times of quiet reflection!

@Affan Nadeem That is VERY true! There is an old expression that was popular when I was a child and some still use it (myself included): “Jack of all trades…” However, few remember the last portion (but I still use the complete version below because it left an indelible mark on my mind growing up: “Jack of all trades…means Master of NONE.” I never forgot that. Thank You for Sharing!❣️🐛🦋

@Charlie Chong Without realizing it, I wrote my thoughts about your mentality when winning 2 world championships in my response to your post regarding giving 100%!! I can not wrap my head around what that must have been like for you, your family, and your instructors who watched you grow into the holistic practitioner you are today and are growing still❣️🌻🐛🦋🙏🙌

@Uprising Unbreakable Oooh…. Good One❣️🙏🐛🦋🌻🙏 ‘Unbreakable Spirit’ Not only did you decide to keep getting up from the mat, you also kept getting up when life knocked you down, brushed yourself off, and stayed engaged with life when a lesser person may have thrown in the towel and quit❣️ THAT is truly an ‘Unbreakable Spirit’❣️🐛🦋🌻🙏🌻 I am so proud of You and truly hope you teach the Martial Arts you love to others who would benefit from your insights and caring heart❣️🐛🦋🌻🙏🙌
