Wholeness!!! In the last 2 days, I have been sleeping better, eating more, am more hydrated, no headaches/fevers, and I am not in no where near as much discomfort as I was. Still some remnants, but definitely more tolerable. Essentially, my children, more specifically my son, cannot jump on my stomach like he is used to doing. 😁 Thank you everyone for your love, support, and patience! My body has decided to let me know, in a rather violent way 🤣, that I have to take time to myself, take care of myself better, and stop letting my Capricorn Rising think that I can do 15 hour days, sitting in a chair with minimal movement, and eat whatever tf I want without consequences. Just like this Skool, I am a living temple, and I have to cherish it as such. In my life, I was easily discarded, thrown away like an apple core after it has been chewed tf up and whomever eating it got what they wanted from it, whether it was family, friends, etc. This was my fault! I didn't care for myself and about myself for a long time, giving all that I could to anyone and everyone for that sense of belonging, but then never giving to myself, and then never getting a sense of belonging as well as I was looking for love from people who were never meant to give it to me. My body has been pissed for a long time, and it has been catching up lately! But this changes! This New Moon in Capricorn in my 1st House in Conjunction with Mercury and Mars, and my ASC really lit a fire up under my ass! I’ve been dealing with an unexpected health situation the past few days that required me to slow down and focus on rest and recovery. Nothing too alarming, but enough that pushing through or showing up half-present wouldn’t be aligned or responsible.
