Most of the world’s clocks sprang forward today, and my province, British Columbia, has changed its clocks for the last time. It's been a long time coming, though it would be better if it were during the winter solstice. That would better align with our circadian rhythm, which is mostly set by light and darkness. We'll be facing sunrise at 9:00 am in Southern BC and 9:30 am in the North. At least we'll be on the same time as the Yukon, but come winter, we'll be on a different time than California and other Western States. Oh, life continues to get interesting. Thoughts?
