Near to the Brokenhearted πŸ’—
Psalm 34:18 reminds me that God is closest to me in the moments when I feel the weakest. When my heart is broken, when life feels overwhelming, or when I don't have the strength to keep going, He doesn't walk awayβ€”He draws near. I love that this verse doesn't tell me to hide my pain or pretend everything is okay. Instead, it reminds me that God meets me right where I am. He sees every tear, every disappointment, every unanswered prayer, and every burden I carry. Looking back on my life, I can see His faithfulness in the hardest seasons. There were times when I didn't know how I would make it through, yet God sustained me with His love, His peace, and His presence. He gently carried me when I couldn't walk on my own. This verse reminds me that brokenness is never the end of the story. God is a healer, a comforter, and a faithful Father who restores hearts and gives hope. Even in my deepest pain, I can trust that He is near. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." β€” Psalm 34:18 ESV β€οΈπŸ™

Faithful to Forgive πŸ’—
1 John 1:9 reminds me that no matter how many times I fall short, God's grace is always available to me. He does not ask me to hide my mistakes or pretend I have it all together. Instead, He invites me to come to Him honestly, confess my sins, and receive His forgiveness. What I love about this verse is the reminder that God is faithful. His forgiveness is not based on my perfection but on His character. When I come to Him with a repentant heart, He is ready to forgive, restore, and cleanse me. This verse reminds me that I do not have to carry the weight of guilt and shame. Through Christ, I can lay my burdens down, receive His mercy, and move forward knowing that I am loved and forgiven. It encourages me to keep my heart open before God, trusting that His grace is greater than my failures and His mercy is new every morning. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." β€” 1 John 1:9 ESV β€οΈπŸ™

Freedom in Christ πŸ’—
2 Corinthians 3:17 reminds me that true freedom is found in Christ. The world often defines freedom as doing whatever we want, but this verse reminds me that real freedom comes through the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God sets me free from guilt, shame, fear, and the weight of my past. I no longer have to be defined by my mistakes because Christ has redeemed me and given me a new life. This verse also reminds me that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is peace. Even in difficult seasons, I can experience freedom in knowing that God is with me, guiding me, strengthening me, and helping me walk in His purpose for my life. I may not be free from every struggle, but through Christ I am free to live with hope, joy, and confidence, knowing that I belong to Him. "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom." β€” 2 Corinthians 3:17 ESV β€οΈπŸ™

Oceans (where feet may fail)
This song reminds me of Matthew 14:29-31, in the ESV: β€œHe said, β€˜Come.’ So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, β€˜Lord, save me.’ Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him. Saying to him, β€˜O you of little faith, why did you doubt? https://youtu.be/dy9nwe9_xzw?is=aqnqkY0ADbdYelXF
