@Ali Badi Apologies as my phone died before the Q and A last night. I have a question that I'm hoping you or another expert from the community can answer. I know someone who has paid a credit rep to remove an open student loan acct with several late payments from TransUnion. After several attempts, no luck. The balance is a little over 4K and the acct is 25 years old. It is his oldest acct. If it was in good standing, would look great on his report when getting personal funding. If I get Metro2 for this, can I attack the late payments only, keeping the acct and he pay the balance or do you suggest removing completely? I'm new so trying to understand options before purchasing the software.
