Once you have mastered using other peoples money successfully, you can leverage it to buy properties and businesses too. Business acquisition is one of the quickest ways to grow your business. If you and a competitor have taken ten years to build your business at the same rate, then you can double the size of your business by simply buying your competitors business, without having to wait another ten years. You can even buy businesses by using the revenue in the business as income to pay the loan used to buy it. So yes, you could even buy Amazon if it was for sale by using the revenue it makes to pay the $3 trillion loan. It's no different from buying a house where the rental income more than covers the mortgage. People don't, because they think they need $3 trillion in their bank in order to make a offer. Homeowners - Did you pay for your house up front in cash?

A community is not a community if there's just one person broadcasting in it. It's a lecture. A community becomes a community when people are having conversations, sharing stories and differing points of view. It's very difficult to do this alone, so I recommend buddying up with one or two other skool Community owners and be as active and add as much value in their Community as you do your own. If they do the same then all of you have a much more interesting community that people will want to be part of and participate in, then if the same amount of content was provided by just one of you. It's quite obviously something we encourage in here and I would love to hear stories where this has or even hasn't worked for you.

For those of you that have joined with in the last 4 weeks or so, I changed the bot check to this question. It astounds me and amuses me that so many people get it wrong. The great thing is it is the only test that has managed to trip up AI but I don't suppose it will for much longer. My son and I spent a good hour testing all sorts of questions. The only problem is a lot of people seem to struggle with it too... Many people say there's no picture or less than three. I think my favourite guess so far was was " someone's bum" and " a bird's eye view of a woman" 😂 So is it just an age thing? In a day before emojis, and we had to try and make our own? We just used to be able to make all sorts of pictures on the little square Nokia screen. Would anyone care to either guess again or put the people out of their misery who had no idea? There are actually two correct answers. So..... What is this a picture of? <3

Would you rather have: More Time? or More Money? (Obviously both is the dream, but let's pretend it's not an option for the sake of this thought experiment) I'm pretty sure most people would vote for more time, but looking around, it appears that everyone is so busy running around chasing the money!
