Hey everybody! I'm Crystal and I just started the program an I am already blown away from just being able to sit in the first community meeting!! I have been charged and ready to learn more. I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I have two shops and run a barber college. I had some life events that happened that has made me be stagnant in growth. I know that I needed to level up my social knowledge and different strategies in order to scale and get to another level. So, I went looking for what could assist me to get me where I want to go next and I came across Coach and you guys! I am forever a learner an always looking for ways to grow and help others.
