Check-ins for Week of 10/26 to 11/1/25
Hey, so instead of a new one for each day, I'm going to to be posting in the updates in the comments for this week. Also, if you haven't already, and you have an iPhone, download the Skool app, so you can check in quick on your phone. Research shows that by Answering these 3 Questions: What, When, and Where For how you will take an action increases your chances of taking an action by 47% compared to someone who only makes a goal to achieve something. In that same research, individuals who checked in weekly with an Accountability Partner on their Who, What, and Where increased their odds of taking action by 91% compared to those who only made a goal. Therefore, every week I strongly encourage you to check-in as a way to both keep you accountable and for you to become aware of what you may or may not have been doing to keep that habit up.
