Good day, I’m 53 year old male located in Mount Holly, NC. I have not been diagnosed with ADHD, although I exhibit many traits of having it. It’s something I will bring up soon with my Primary Care Advisor. I have a false belief where it’s better not to share what’s wrong, as to not show weakness. For now I take a nootropic, and I listen to audio files to help me focus. The onboarding interaction illuminated patterns of behavior I had on repeat, and it was a very valuable exercise. Hi everyone. My name is Robert and I am 58 years old, living in Denmark. I have not been diagnosed but I feel that a lot of the signs for ADHD is fitting to my personality and I have struggled the most of my life not feeling "normal". I have always struggled with different things in my life that was considered normal, and getting close to my 60 I feel there is an unreleased power waiting to come out, but I lack the skills to do so, that is why I signed up for this course, to better understand myself, but also to see if I have been using my resources the wrong way all the time.
