SOLD AN $8K ACCOUNTING SYSTEM - LETS PARTNER
Every accounting firm hits this wall: manual data entry killing growth. Your $120K tax manager typing W-2s, paystubs, bank statements into Excel for 18+ hours/week. Capped at 40-50 clients, turning away revenue. The Win Closed an $8K deal for a document flow tax system... done-for-you automation that extracts data from ANY PDF (ADP/Gusto paystubs, 1040s/W-2s/1099s, QB P&Ls, bank statements, receipts). Builds pro Excel files with formulas, tabs, formatting. Processes 12 mixed docs in 2:47 vs. 45-60min manual. 1.7% error rate, flags 3% exceptions. Who It's For CPA/accounting/bookkeeping firms (5-50 people) with 20+ recurring US/Canada/UK/AU clients. Teams wasting 15+ hrs/week on extraction, "at capacity," high-paid staff on $10/hr work. Not solos or non-scalers. The Value Frees 10-20 hrs/week per senior. Same team handles 3x clients. Client-ready Excels. No AI learning, integrates QuickBooks/Xero. Live in 10-14 days, 3mo support. No training required. Georgia CPA firm now has the ability to scale without hires, dominating now. Shoutout to @Duy Bui who created a very similar build: https://www.skool.com/learn-ai/tax-season-automation-signed-4-accountants-as-monthly-clients?p=b3664db8 Partner With Us? Tax Season Automation - Signed 4 Accountants As Monthly Clients 🔥
Tax season. Every accountant drowning in client documents. W-2s. 1099s. Receipts. All via email. All needing organization. Offered tax document automation. Four accountants signed immediately. THE PITCH: "Clients email tax documents. You spend hours organizing. I make that automatic. Document arrives, gets categorized, filed, checklist updated. Zero manual sorting." Every accountant has this pain. Everyone says yes. THE WORKFLOW: Email monitoring catches tax documents. Automatic extraction identifies form type - W-2, 1099, receipt, 1040. Categorizes by type. Files to organized Drive folders. Updates tracking spreadsheet. Seven nodes. Handles any tax format. Multiple attachments per email. ACCOUNTANT RESULTS: Client 1 (solo CPA): 45 clients. Was spending 12 hours weekly organizing documents. Now spends 30 minutes reviewing. Saves 11.5 hours weekly. Client 2 (small firm): 120 clients. Three staff spent 25 hours weekly filing. Now automated. Freed up staff for actual tax prep. Client 3 (bookkeeper): 80 clients. Document chaos January-April. Now everything auto-organized by client and category. WHY THIS SELLS DURING TAX SEASON: Acute pain. Tax season = document avalanche. Accountants desperate. Quick ROI: "50 clients. 5 documents each. 250 to organize manually. What's your time worth?" Easy proof. First W-2 arrives. Workflow extracts, categorizes, files. Accountant sees it. Sold. THE BUSINESS MODEL: Seasonal pricing. Higher rate January-April. Lower off-season rate. Per-client pricing. More clients = higher fee. Volume pricing. Year-round retainer. Tax documents arrive all year. Continuous value. SCALING: Same workflow. Multiple accountant deployments. Minimal customization. Four accountants first month. Eight by month two. Must scale fast during short tax season. SEASONAL ADVANTAGE: Tax season predictable. January starts. Accountants stressed. Perfect timing. High urgency. "Deadline approaching. Need help NOW." Less price resistance. Referrals easy. Accountants talk to each other. One happy client refers three.

@Duy Bui Really interested in this as I am working on something really similar to this so im gonna leave this here in case it interests you. So what it is: PDF to excel automation. What it does: Takes different tax forms 1040s, paystubs, K1 extracts line items then automatically adds them onto excel. Saves accountants lots of time spent on organization, manual data entry and errors. Leaving this here incase it interests you or your clients, happy to chat😁
Accounting processes
Has anyone automated accounting processes on here?

Hi @Selda Seyfi I know this is a bit late but I have a system for accountants that reduces manual data entry. What it does is that it takes forms eg tax forms, paystubs from QBO, Gusto, Paychex, Adp, extracts data in a structured way and add its to excel/sheets or any other accounting software. For the businesss it means less hours on low roi tasks, less headcount, faster work processes and so on. If this interests you I can show it briefly.
Work prospect for an automation engineer strong in the finance / accounting niche.
I’ve got a health-tech startup that wants to roll out an AI agent for: - Bookkeeping & basic accounting - FP&A reporting/forecasting Current stack - QuickBooks Online • Plooto • Excel • Stripe (they’re open to swapping tools if it helps the agent flow). If you’re fluent in finance automations (LLM orchestration, Make/n8n/Zapier, QBO APIs, etc.) and can architect a robust, compliant solution, ping me with a quick rundown of your experience or a portfolio link please.

My client is 'TOO BUSY' 🤔to use the System I built him? What now
It feels like a prank, but here we are. I need a sanity check from this community because I think I’m sitting on a goldmine, but I don't have a shovel. Here is the context I worked with a client in the building compliance space. For those who don't know, this industry is still stuck in the stone age. We have smart people (architects, engineers) spending hours manually reading PDF drawings, measuring lines, and cross-referencing them against thousands of pages of building regulations. It’s slow, soul-crushing, and one small error can cost thousands in delays. The "Aha" Moment💡:I realized that AI can finally read these PDF drawings accurately. So, I built a system of agents that: 1. Extracts all measurements from the drawings automatically. 2. Checks them against a knowledge base of regulations. 3. Flags non-compliant issues in minutes!! The Problem (and why I'm posting) I built this for a client. They used it. It worked!! 😐 It did exactly what we wanted. But... my client is so buried in their day-to-day work that they are "too busy to catch." They admit the tool saves time, but they are too overwhelmed to help me iterate, test new features, or roll it out properly. So now I have a validated tool that solves a massive industry pain point, collecting dust because my pilot user is MIA. I know this group has a mix of AI wizards, business builders, and corporate pros. I need your help (😁) to unstick this: 1. Testing: Is there anyone here with a connection to construction/architecture who would be willing to just break this thing? I need honest feedback, not a sale. (just dm if you need to) 2. Audience: Since my current client is buried, how would you approach finding architects who actually have the headspace to try something new? 3. Connections: If you know someone who is "the connector" in the construction tech space, I’d love an intro just to chat. I’m not trying to sell this right now I’m just trying to figure out if I should keep pushing or if I’m crazy.
