Kimberly, can you share with me what to do when the switch from ChatGPT-4 to ChatGPT-5 BREAKS my bot? This is extremely important to me, because I have over 400 doctors whose patients use that bot. Currently they cannot use it. This is VERY bad for business. Please share with me how I can get it up and running again, using version 5. Thank you. And perhaps a friendly nudge to include that in your next videos (how to fix things when they break due to an update of an AI model). Thanks so much!

Kimberly, yes, that was my first move as the prompt (that I needed to re-verify) was pretty clear. So I re-verified. Then, I waited a while (they say up to 15 minutes), and went back to the AI Bot and it was still not working. (it continues to throw up the red alert for verification). Strange, since, on the OpenAI side of things the verification went without a hitch and I was usig version 5 with no issues. Do I need a new API key with version 5.0?
