Bobby, I tried to join, could not. Why??
Voice After Care
I know it has been discussed, but what is everyone’s after auction voice routine? Yesterday’s sale was six hours with no breaks. Plus a poor sound system has left my voice feeling extremely strained. So lots of tea, and vocal rest, but curious what everyone else does in days like this.

I find that proper warm up is key. Sip water every 4-6 lots to keep your vocal cords hydrated! After a long sale I gargle warm salt water, careful not to swallow. If my throat is sore I mix cough medicine in warm water and gargle that.
