Not just in what you’re doing… but in how you think, move, and decide. I used to think progress meant doing more all the time. More learning. More planning. More trying to “figure it out.” But honestly… that was just pressure dressed up as productivity. So these levels were created to slow that down. To help you see where you are… without feeling like you need to rush ahead. Every stage matters. Just focus on where you are, and think about what it looks like when you move forward.
