Submitting my first LOI on a storage deal — and wow, the nerves are real... but so is the excitement. When you make cold calls to SSFs, do you stick to Monday - Friday? Or are weekends fair game to call owners? I would assume weekdays are better.. but weekends are when I'm not working my W-2!
