Pls Help: Looking For Guinea Pigs to Test New AI Webinar System...
Hello folks! I just launched something pretty amazing: A new tool that builds high converting webinars and VSL's - including all of your slides! - It works with whatever AI models you're using now (Claude, GPT, Manus etc)... - The tool includes 6 themes that can match your brand and creates amazing slides (no need for PowerPoint, Keynote, Google slides) - The webinar and VSL tools create your complete scripts - customized to your product and voice etc.. This is one of those things you have to see to believe: https://go.fletchermethod.com/ai-script-engine *Be sure to watch the video before you sign up so you understand how it works! I've been building and testing this system for the better part of 9 months - I'm very confident you'll find it extremely valuable if you use or want to use VSL's and webinars.... Oh yeah - some shameless social proof and stuff: I have sold over $30M using webinars and VSL's and this is by far the craziest thing I have created. Just 12 months ago this wouldn't have been possible. If you want to test it out: 1. go here and get your copy - its $27 for lifetime access during this pre-launch phase 2. Use the tools and course to construct your content and slides 3. Be willing to provide feedback detailing your experience with it... Thanks in advance! Confirm in the comments after you've grabbed your lifetime copy! Appreciate you all! --Aaron

That depth is exactly what would make it different, Aaron. Most AI writing tools are trained on what sounds good, not what actually closed, and you can feel the difference in the second half of a long deck. Is the training data built on your own historical winners, or on broader direct response principles?

@Aaron Fletcher haha caught me. real questions do get real answers though, so tell me, what is the one objection your webinar bot still can't handle?
Market Research: AI or....?
I'm deep into the market research aspect of building a new brand and product roadmap + the whole GW process. Where we all used to use the 10-Minute Market Recon tools (i.e. FB, YT, Google, semrush, Soovle, Ubersuggest, etc.) ... ... is everyone simply using AI?? Or are you still using the original tools too? I'm getting so much done with AI research but wondering if I'm missing something by not using the other suite of tools that have been historically useful. Tell me your favorite tools and what process is working best for you these days. 👌

Michele, great question, and the timing is perfect because you are building a brand, not just a product. AI is brilliant for speed, but the original tools show you the market's raw language. YouTube comments, Amazon reviews, Reddit threads. That is where your future customers describe their pain in their own words, and those exact phrases become your headlines and hooks. AI summarizes, but real people confess. So use AI to organize and find patterns, but read the raw sources yourself for an hour a week. What niche is the new brand in?
"The Results Speak! How the Fletcher Method is Boosting My Power BI Course for Accountants and Managers"
On December 24th, I purchased the Course Creator and the training. Last night, I launched my lead magnet and already have more than 30 leads and 4 appointments on my calendar. Now, I’ll start calling people who watched the video but didn’t schedule a call, and I know the number of appointments will increase. Over the past two months, every step I’ve implemented from Alan's method has worked, despite my doubts and insecurities from failing before. The Fletcher method really works. Additionally, I have a course to teach Power BI to accountants and managers, and this program has been incredible; it works so well as part of the funnel thanks to Alan's recommendations! Much love from the Dominican Republic.

Juan, congratulations on the launch and the early traction. What I love most about this post is not just the result, it is that you shared it publicly. Most course creators get their first wins and stay quiet about them, which means the market never learns to trust them. Every win you document becomes proof that compounds. It attracts the next student, the next testimonial, the next partnership. Keep posting the numbers as they grow, even the small ones. That running record is what turns a course into a brand. What is the one part of the Fletcher Method that moved the needle most for you?
VIDEO: How To Get Unlimited Customers at Zero Cost
Folks, I just uploaded this new YouTube video- I think you'll find very helpful and it's something that 99% of people don't understand: How to use a front-end acquisition offer to deliver great results for clients and more importantly get unlimited customers for your courses, coaching or agency offer at zero net cost! Enjoy! --Aaron

Aaron, the zero cost customer idea pairs perfectly with something most people here overlook. A strong personal brand makes every funnel cheaper, because trust is the real ad spend. When people already know your face and your thinking, they click faster, they believe the claims on the page, and they need fewer touchpoints before they buy. I have seen creators cut their cost per lead simply by showing up consistently on video for a few months before they ever ran a funnel. The funnel captures the demand. The personal brand creates it. What is the one front end offer you have seen work best for a complete beginner?
What I Learned from Being in GrowthWorks
Someone asked if I use the AI software that comes with the program, and I want to answer publicly: The software won’t help if you don’t apply the principles. Here’s what I’ve learned from Aaron and GrowthWorks that changed everything for me (and this is the short list honestly lol) : 1️⃣ Have a clear step-by-step process. It keeps both you and your audience’s nervous system calm. 2️⃣ Make each step congruent and connected. Meaning, If they skip this, they can’t get that. Clarity sells. 3️⃣ Define the tangible shift. “Feeling better” isn’t enough—what are they doing differently now? 4️⃣ Always add “so that you can…” It turns vague goals into clear outcomes. 5️⃣ Treat sales calls like interviews. You’re not chasing a sale—you’re selecting someone who’s already primed for results. As a full-time metaphysician mentoring mystical entrepreneurs, I’ve realized we need this structure the most. We need structure; measurements, & tangible results more than any other niche in my opinion. Your clients feel better, great. But feel better to do what? Because transformation has evidence of change. So That’s what I learned from GrowthWorks: clarity of sequence & clarity of results. The software won’t help you much if you’re not clear on this. No software will.

Point 1 is the one most people sleep on. A clear step by step process does not just calm your audience, it makes you referable. Nobody refers a guru, they refer a process they can describe in one sentence. That is also why tools never save a fuzzy offer. Software is a megaphone. If the message is clear it gets louder, if it is fuzzy it just broadcasts the confusion faster. The founders I watch win long term are the ones who document their principles in public, not the ones with the biggest tool stack. People buy judgment, not software. Which of these shifted your revenue the fastest?
