Nose maxing
I’m ngl my nose is so fucking hideous but I’m too young to do plastic surgery, should I just break it myself and then say I fell down the stairs as an excuse to get it remodeled?

dude just shift your maxilla bone thru thumbpulling and mewing, we’re supposed to have straight noses (not completely, but def not crooked) and lose body fat
