I have 125 yard signs left. Paying some trustworthy guys to go dump them these next few days. Wanted to hear if it’s been worth it to you guys to put out yard signs this late into the season, or are all your signs already out there?

Had someone call a yard sign, went out right away to do an in person quote and saw it was huuuge. Owner had to go, but pointed out everything he wanted. He said he wanted front facing roofline, his side courtyard, and back roofline lit and some small trees, but also said to throw in any design ideas. I really want this one, so what’s the play to secure this deal?! Measurements: Front facing roofline: 573 linear feet Front lanscape lighting: 460 linear feet (2) 48” wreaths (1) 36” wreath (13) 25’ string lights for small trees in the front Side courtyard: 75 linear feet Back facing roofline: 94 linear feet Back landscape lighting: 80 linear feet (9) 25’ string lights for small trees We do window cleaning in the fall and noticed he had dirty windows too that we can do for $599. Some more context: He just moved to this house, he developed it himself, said he used another company in the past to hang up his lights using the “buy” model where he owned the lights, but lights are old and aren’t custom fit to his house. Said he got a quote from old company and I’m the only other quote he’s going to get before making a decision. Said that he will refer me all his houses that he’s building too, and his business partners house, which is even bigger than his own house! (See 2nd attached picture). What would you charge, and how would you go about the presentation? I’m obviously going to make a professional mockup with all the pictures I took, and going to get the drone out here to get some insane footage if he says yes to the price. But what else should I offer, how should I offer it,

I need to generate 10-15 leads a day. FB ads are on $100 day, Google PPC just started, I have 300 yard signs at the moment. How many yard signs are you Guys putting out a week?
