@Jess Eddy Absolutely, this is fun. I'd suggest writing down every negative thing they experience, because that will help you keep their state of mind in view, which is easier for you because you are your avatar, right? You're the designer. This lets you consider those negative things in your core message without the message becoming about them. You can build a core message that's positive and empowering, but also meaningful to someone who's dealing with that pain. You don't want to poke their wound; you want them to know there's a solution for it. Okay, what's the result of becoming empowered? Is it attracting committed, professional clients who value their work, pay what they're worth, and pay for their artistic work, not just the hours they put in? Is it becoming someone who attracts those clients without having to chase them? What would empowerment look like in a designer's life (or their business, at least)?
