Hey guys, I've managed to get a few web design clients already. One thing that came up with most of them was that they somehow forget to get back to many lead form fill outs. I went a head and implemented this simple automation that makes sure all of their contact form fill outs are managed and taken care of. Here's how it works: 1) When a someone fills out the form fill on their website, it automatically triggers the scenario by receiving the contact details and their message. 2) The automation then uses AI to generate a realistic personalized reply for that form fill-out. Not just some generic reply like "Thanks for contacting X,Y,Z!" 3) After the response is generated it then waits a few minutes before being sent back to the potential lead.
